His arrest comes one month after the murder took place on May 26, 2022, in the Southeast 2200 block of Savannah Terrace.
At around 11:24 am, members of the Seventh District arrived on the scene of the crime and found a young man with gunshot wounds who later turned out to be the rapper Justin Johnson.
When emergency responders from DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services got on the scene, they found the victim already dead. The victim was soon transported to the Chief Medical Examiner’s office.
According to a YouTube channel dedicated to drill rap, Justin shared his whereabouts on an Instagram story just moments before he was shot and killed.
